Nebula is an Australian, founder-led software company. We are building intelligence that keeps what defines the work connected to how it is planned, managed, evidenced and remembered.
01 · Why Nebula exists
Delivery loses intelligence when its context breaks apart.
Important engagements are often managed across documents, inboxes, spreadsheets, meetings and disconnected systems. The work moves, but the reasoning behind it becomes harder to see. People reconstruct the position when a deadline, decision or dispute makes the missing context urgent.
Nebula exists to keep that context alive throughout delivery, so the source of the work, the live position and the record of what occurred remain connected.

Make trustworthy delivery cumulative, so each well-run engagement strengthens the organisations and industries that follow.
The ambition is global: a common delivery standard that can serve different industries, jurisdictions and forms of work without forcing every engagement into the same template.
03 · Operator origin and validation
Built by a manager who lived the delivery problem.
Nebula began with the founder’s experience as an operator and manager responsible for bringing the documents, people, money, risk, decisions and evidence around an engagement into one working position.
That operating experience established the problem from inside the work. Research and direct engagement tested whether it was shared and shaped the direction of the product.
A document is not the work.
A dashboard is not intelligence.
One participant’s account is not a neutral record.Nebula is being built as a convener: flexible enough to understand unfamiliar work, disciplined enough to keep authority, evidence and history intact, and useful enough to help people carry the engagement from definition to outcome.

Founder-led means responsibility stays close to the product.
Nebula Platform Pty Ltd owns and operates the platform. Product direction, architecture, trust boundaries, customer information and the quality of the experience are direct company responsibilities.
