The everyday work Nebula takes off your plate

  1. Answer the call

Ruby, Nebula's AI assistant, answers the phone and handles the questions it can, so fewer calls wait on you. Call Nebula's own number and Ruby answers.

Ruby on your business's line is set up with your number, your consent and the scope you choose.

  2. Clear the inbox

Nebula sorts incoming mail into one daily brief by email, text or call, so the messages that need you come first. Nothing goes out from your mailbox unless you write it and approve it.

The brief needs your mailbox connected and your consent.

  3. Keep the work moving

The agreements you work under are read into their dates and obligations. Nebula warns the person responsible as each falls due and drafts the notices and reports they call for, for you to check.

Warnings run on the platform's schedule.

  4. See what needs you

One list shows what is waiting on you across the business, the approvals, deadlines and claims, each with where it came from.

  5. Work with the tools you use

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Procore and Aconex connect once each is set up with your permission. Xero and QuickBooks are read, and MYOB comes in as a report file.

Nebula runs on Nebula
