Construction
Run the subcontract and the programme as one.
A late approval can delay installation, a missed notice can affect entitlement, and payment, retention and defects must remain tied to the source agreement.

ActiveThe engagement lifecycle
How the engagement moves through delivery.
01
Form
Review the working plan
The parties upload the subcontract, scope, programme and annexures. Nebula draws claim, notice, retention, completion and defect requirements into a proposed delivery plan. Each party reviews the responsibilities attributed to it, and accepted decisions stay linked to their source.
What stays connected
Source requirement, responsible party, due date, consequence and review state.
02
Mobilise
Expose what installation depends on
Design submissions, approvals, site access and predecessor work are connected to installation and commissioning. A late response shows the work and dates it may affect.
What stays connected
Critical path, approval owner, answer deadline and downstream exposure.
03
Deliver
Keep progress and payment together
The subcontractor submits a claim with delivery evidence. Claimed progress remains labelled as claimed until the other party assesses it. Certification, GST basis, retention and payment due remain connected.
What stays connected
Claim, evidence, independent assessment, retention and budget position.
04
Change
Separate scope change from delay
A concealed service prompts a variation and a separate extension request. Notice timing, evidence, price and programme effects are assessed while the original position remains preserved.
What stays connected
Earlier state, proposed change, decision, revised amount and revised dates.
05
Resolve
Work the issue from the evidence
If entitlement or workmanship is disputed, the parties can see the governing clause, chronology, submissions and responses together. A defect remains open until rectification is verified.
What stays connected
Issue, reasons, evidence, response history and verified resolution.
06
Close
Finish the commercial and delivery record
Test results, manuals and as-built material discharge closeout obligations. Final account, outstanding defects, retention release and defects-period dates remain visible after practical completion.
What stays connected
Accepted deliverables, final money position, remaining duties and closeout evidence.

Delivery trust
Make delivery history useful at the next tender
Counterparty-confirmed and independently evidenced delivery, response, payment and rectification events give reliable organisations stronger evidence for future selection. That evidence can support the applicable NSW performance rating and qualification process.
